Payments
Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
ProductAdLab remains in test-payment mode until the formal production-payment packet, policy review, webhook review, and rollback plan are complete.
Last updated: May 30, 2026
Current payment status
- Test-mode checkout does not create real customer charges. It exists to verify plan, compute, and webhook behavior.
- Before production payments are opened, public users should not be routed into real payment collection.
- Any production-payment switch requires a launch packet, low-risk verification, rollback plan, and owner review.
Plans, compute, and storage
- Plans include workspace access, team seats, storage capacity, and recurring compute. Booster packs cover production spikes.
- Generation jobs may reserve compute first; failed, canceled, or unsaved jobs are returned according to system rules.
- Consumed compute, completed generations, and downloaded delivery packages are generally not refunded for result preference alone, but duplicate charges and system errors are reviewed.
Cancellation and refund handling
- Canceled subscriptions do not renew automatically; access during the current billing period follows the active plan rules.
- Refunds required by local law or platform rules take priority. Other requests are reviewed against unused entitlement, system records, and failure cause.
- Refund, invoice, tax, and payment-method issues should be handled through the workspace support channel. Do not send full payment credentials in chat, screenshots, or documents.
