Privacy Policy
ProductAdLab is an ecommerce content production workspace. We collect only the data needed to run workspaces, create assets, manage plans, and keep the service safe.

Data we process
- Account data: sign-in email, display name, team, and membership records. ProductAdLab does not store Google OAuth access or refresh tokens.
- Workspace data: product profiles, product URL drafts, generation requests, project assets, delivery selections, team notes, and review labels.
- Media data: uploaded product materials and generated outputs are stored in private object storage; pages use only short-lived preview or download access.
- Billing and usage data: plan grants, compute ledger records, storage usage, test checkout sessions, and payment callback status.
How we use data
- To create and restore product projects, images, videos, copy, asset libraries, and ZIP delivery packages.
- To call hosted AI services only after explicit user confirmation; guest preview cannot trigger live generation, private saves, or paid resource calls.
- To enforce plan entitlements, storage capacity, compute reservation/refund rules, team seats, and security audits.
- To troubleshoot and monitor service health while keeping secrets, cookies, temporary private links, raw vendor responses, and private media URLs out of logs.
Storage, sharing, and retention
- Media files are private by default; the database stores only required project, asset, job, team, and billing records.
- AI, payment, authentication, storage, and monitoring vendors receive only the data needed to perform their service.
- Users must have rights or authorization for uploaded product materials, product photos, likenesses, voices, and brand assets.
- Data is retained while the account or team remains active. Deletion, export, or correction requests can be submitted through the workspace support channel.
